Dear God, I thank you for having such a sweet mother..

Hi son,

Attached is a page on words of encouragement. Life is not smooth sailing all the time, sometimes you may meet with obstacles but if you have faith in god and with your family supporting you all the way, you need not be alone. Think positive, be cool and calm. Always remember, do the relaxation exercise, that is, breathing exercise. Whenever you feel anxious or stress, breath in slowly and breath out slowly too. After repeating that, you should feel calm. Do Not Panic. Panic will cripple you and cloud your mind. So it is important to stay calm, to enable you to think clearly especially during exam time.


Good Luck to you. Good nite. Dont study up too late. Sufficient sleep is important and remember to do some exercise too. Eat well and keep yourself sufficiently hydrated.
