We were discussing this important issue about attitude at cell on Friday, and the following remark came to mind : " Kenneth is always like that. " "That is a very Kenneth thing to do." (not said by someone at cell.) And I felt provoked. Such cutting remarks deserve recognition because it is not out to hurt you, but a distinct reminder to reflect and re-align.
For others to say that negatively/positively about you, then there is a need for change. 'Why do I have to change something that is already positive about me?' you ask. Well, its not a change for worse, but a change for something even better. You see, the refining process is not about just extracting the old. It is about removing the old, and adding new stuff to make the product even better. That should always be the way shouldn't it? Going onto perfection. =)
Leading PnW next week, my trust is in You for a great time!
